Feeling some Parts Unknown – Charleston fatigue? Us too, but we can’t help but post this because it involves the meat master — Sir (we’re knighting him) Rodney Scott.

If you’ve had the pleasure of enjoying his pig, you know Scott of Scott’s Bar-B-Que is the real deal barbecue baron. It’s no wonder then thatParts Unknown – Charleston (set to premiere tonight at the Charleston Food Film Festival) just dropped another teaser with host Anthony Bourdain and Chef Sean Brock in Hemingway, S.C. paying Scott a visit.

The three extol the virtues of white bread, slow cooking, and passion for pork. Scott even claims he has yet to get sick of barbecue. Then they all laugh and sop up more ‘cue. Which is to say, fair warning: If you’re cool with spending the rest of work listening to your stomach grumble, watch this. If not, tune into CNN Sunday at 9 p.m. to see the full episode.
