How To Eat Nutri Soya Chunks?
There are several ways to eat soybean chunks. Here are somedelicious and healthy recipes you can make with soy chunks:
- Boil 2.5 cups of water and soak 1 cup of Bawarchi Nutri soyachunks in it.
- When the soya chunks mass is soft, rinse with water.
- Make a paste of 2 tomatoes.
- Fry a pinch of Asafoetida and half a tablespoon of cumin in a panof hot oil.
- Next, add 2 diced onions, 2 finely chopped green peppers and atwig of curry leaves to the pan and mix well until the onions are golden.
- Fry 2 tablespoons of garlic paste over the mixture until the rawodor fades.
- Mix tomato paste
- Fry the entire mixture until the masala and oil begin toseparate.
- Add 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder, garam masala powder,coriander powder and salt to taste.
- After about 3 minutes, add the Nutri soya chunk pieces.
- Fry until the masala and Nutri soya chunks are mixed.
