  1. Boil 2.5 cups of water and soak 1 cup of Bawarchi Nutri soyachunks in it.

  2. When the soya chunks mass is soft, rinse with water.

  3. Make a paste of 2 tomatoes.

  4. Fry a pinch of Asafoetida and half a tablespoon of cumin in a panof hot oil.

  5. Next, add 2 diced onions, 2 finely chopped green peppers and atwig of curry leaves to the pan and mix well until the onions are golden.

  6. Fry 2 tablespoons of garlic paste over the mixture until the rawodor fades.

  7. Mix tomato paste

  8. Fry the entire mixture until the masala and oil begin toseparate.

  9. Add 1/4 tablespoon coriander powder, garam masala powder,coriander powder and salt to taste.

  10. After about 3 minutes, add the Nutri soya chunk pieces.

  11. Fry until the masala and Nutri soya chunks are mixed.
