Owner Marcus Marren began as an apprentice to famous cottage baker Mark Stambler in Los Angeles, and brings his knowledge of baking—including alternative baking—to the Central Coast. His partner and fellow owner Erin Inglish merged with Marren to create a spot for excellent baked goods and rich community. Choose from European-style breads, plus pastries, cookies and tarts in a variety of flavor combinations.
