Will Micro Munchy affect the nutrients in my food?
Our advanced microwave-safe micro shield technology absorbs more microwaves than your food, effectively helping retain more of the macronutrients in your food.
This means your meals will be cooked healthy, just as if you were using traditional cooking methods.
How long does Micro Munchy take to cook food in the microwave?
We recommend setting your microwave between 700W & 1000W for fast and efficient cooking, whilst maximising texture and flavour.
Food can be ready in as little as 3 minutes. However because not all microwave models are the same, you might need to increase the cooking time in 15 or 30-second increments for perfectly cooked food.
It may take trial and error to find the perfect timing and setting for your microwave. After that, you are on your set!
Can I clean my Micro Munchy in the dishwasher?
You can! The entire Micro Munchy range is designed to be safely washed in the dishwasher.
And there’s no problem, of course, if you prefer to wash your Micro Munchy products in the sink using regular warm soapy water and cloth or sponge (do not use steel wool or metal scourers are these will damage the surface and void warranty).
Is the metal in Micro Munchy safe to cook in the microwave?
Yes, you can 100% rely on our advanced microwave-safe material, which is made from a special and highly conductive alloy that heats up to cook food on contact, without sparks or damaging your microwave.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking number. You will be able to use this number with Australia Post.
What are your delivery timeframes?
Once your order has been placed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. After your order has been dispatched, please allow standard Australia Post delivery times (2-10 business days) depending on the destination. Delays may occur during Christmas, Easter, and Public Holidays.
Do you have a 30-day money-back guarantee?
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not 100% satisfied with your order.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need to let us know why the product did not meet your expectations and provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@micromunchys.com . If your return is accepted, the customer is required to pay for the return postage and provide tracking details to us via email.
(Please Note: Original postage charges will be deducted from the refund).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Although, this rarely happens. Please contact us immediately if an item you have received is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
