Why is Nikki and the Nikki and Me website taking a break?

Nikki Gewirtz has been the driving force behind both Nikki and Me, for the last year and a half and also Lola Rose, for 23 years prior to that. Although Nikki has loved the adventure both brands have taken her on, Nikki has decided that it is long overdue that she takes a break. The design process, the global sourcing of unique semi-precious stones and working with our factories, as well as running the business day to day, has meant Nikki has had little to time to focus on other priorities.

What does ‘taking a break’ mean for me as a Nikki and Me Customer

It is our plan that from 9thFebruary 2024 onwards, you will no longer be able makeanynew online purchases on the Nikki and Me website, until further notice.

Will the website close?

Although Nikki will be taking a break from 9thFebruary, the Nikki and Me website will not. You will still be able to visit the Nikki and Me website and access your account and order historyHOWEVERyou will not be able to place any orders until Nikki comes back with more beautiful treasures in the future.

What will happen to my account, information and data after 9thFebruary 2024?

You will still be able to access your Nikki and Me account throughwww.nikkiandme.comand if you are subscribed to our newsletter, we will be in touch to update you on Nikki’s latest adventures. If you have any detailed questions or concerns in relation to your information please contactcare@nikkiandme.com.

What if I don’t like my item, will I be able to return it?

You will be able to place orders up until 6pm on Friday 9thFebruary and will have your usual 14 days (from the date of the day after delivery) to return items. Non-faulty returns after that date will not be accepted or refunded.

Will I still be able to return faulty items

You will be able to place orders up until Friday 9thFebruary and if an item arrives faulty or damaged, you will still be able to return faulty items in accordance with your legal rights.

Will I still be able to get in touch with Customer Services?

You will still be able to contact Nikki and Me customer services by phone and email until the end of February. The Nikki and Me offices will be closing at the end of February and you will no longer be able to contact us by phone after this time. However you will still be able to emailcare@nikkiandme.comafter this date, as this inbox will be monitored moving forward.

Now I know Nikki and Me is taking a break, will orders I place after 26thJanuary still be sent out?

We can confirm all orders placed after 26thJanuary, and up until 9thFebruary will be sent out in line with our shipping and fulfilment timelines.

Can I shop with confidence now I know you are taking a break?

Yes absolutely, Nikki and Me is not facing administration procedures or closing down, Nikki is only taking a few personal months away. We can confirm all orders placed will be fulfilled and that the team at Nikki and Me will continue to work hard to get everything sent out in line with our fulfilment and shipping timelines for all orders placed up to and inclusive of Friday 9thFebruary.

When will Nikki and Me restart online sales on the website

Although Nikki will be taking time to be with her family and boys, this doesn’t mean Nikki’s creativity and passion for discovering new and exciting treasures will stop. It is Nikki’s dream to bring all this inspiration, excitement and new design back to her community through the Nikki and Me website later in the year.

What will happen to Anna

Nikki and Anna’s friendship goes beyond Nikki and Me, having worked together for over 10 years, the ladies are a permanent fixture in each other’s family lives. Anna will be taking this opportunity to spend more time with her daughter and family down on the South Coast of England.

Will I be able to stay in touch with Nikki and Anna

Many of you may already keep up with Nikki and Anna through the Nikki and Me social media pages, on Facebook and Instagram. However you can also stay in touch with both Nikki and Anna through their personal Instagram accounts @nikkigewirtz and @annalouisegreen and you can also continue to email care@nikkiandme.com.
