The Four R’s of Gut Healing – Rocky Mountain Analytical (2024)

The Four R’s:

Remove

Replace

In this step, you and your healthcare provider will replace all those factors that may be missing or lacking such as insufficient stomach acid and digestive enzymes, nutrient deficiencies.

Re-inoculate

Next, your healthcare provider will help you to re-inoculate your gut with good bacteria via probiotics in order to regain a healthy balance.
