To relieve such pain, here is a simple remedy of DIY balm that will provide you with quick relief. Here is how to make it on your own.
What you will need

Coconut oil
Peppermint oil
Lavender oil
Eucalyptus oil
Natural beeswax
A small box to store the balm
How to make
- Take three teaspoons of beeswax (easily available online) and mix it with four teaspoons of coconut oil.
- Heat it in the microwave so that beeswax and coconut oil get mixed well.
- Add a few drops of all essential oils to the mixture after taking out the mixture from the microwave.
- Stir the mixture properly and transfer it to a closed lid container.
- You can store the mixture in the fridge, once it cools down.
How to use
Let the mixture cool down completely and then apply it on the area where it's aching. Do a patch test first before applying the balm on the bigger surface area.
