A box of cake mix is just for baking a birthday cake! You can also make delicious cookies as a treat for your family. Cake Mix Cookies come together fast especially when you're pressed for time.

Using cake mix is perfect for busy families when you may not have all the ingredients to bake a homemade cookie recipe. With just a few additional ingredients, you can create your own semi-homemade treat!

The end result is a chewy, soft-baked cookie that differs from the typical crispy texture you get with most homemade cookies.

Making cookies with a box of cake mix is not only a time saver, but it can also be economical.

Did You Know? You can bake cookies with any flavor of cake mix. The ratio is 1 boxed cake mix + ½ cup vegetable oil + 2 eggs.
