Can you use Ready Brek or plain flour instead of self raising flour?

Reply

    SharonThursday 13th July 2023

Hi Emma, we wouldn’t recommend using Ready Brek or plain flour in our Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips as we couldn’t guarantee a good result. Another reader has tried using blitzed porridge oats; you can see her post about this in the Hints and Tips section on the recipe page. Hope this helps!
