How is your course assessed answers? ›

To determine the degree to which students have accomplished the course learning outcomes, instructors often assign some form of project, essay, presentation, portfolio, renewable assignment, or other cumulative final. The final product of these activities could serve as the “artifact” that is assessed.

When a course is 'subject to validation', it means that the contents of the course are in the last stage of the validation process and are awaiting final approval by either our internal Academic Board or the relevant external degree-awarding body.

If a student completes an average of less than 12 units during this period, they are considered to be on academic probation for quantitative reasons. If a student completes an average of less than 12 units during three consecutive quarters, they are considered to be subject to disqualification for quantitative reasons.

Undergraduate students are limited to 19 credits during Registration Periods I and II to allow all students a chance to develop a basic schedule. Additional credits may be added during Registration Period III and the Late Add Period. The limit is 30 credits per quarter.

You should provide specific answers not general answers and relate these questions to your personal situation. It is important to provide as much detail as possible but you must be honest, don't provide an answer based on what you think the Interviewer wants to hear.
