Ingredients

  • 20 oz shredded hash browns
  • 1 lb crumbled sausage
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 12oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Over medium heat and in a non-stick pan, brown your sausage and drain the fat.

  • Then, combine the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
