This year, in conjunction with fellow Paramount Global asset CBS, Nickelodeon will produce a broadcast of Super Bowl LVIII between theKansas City ChiefsandSan Francisco 49ers—involving everyone’s favorite poriferan, SpongeBob SquarePants. Other network mainstays, such as Patrick Star, are also expected to appear.

Super Bowl LVIII will be the fifth NFL game produced by Nickelodeon, joining playoff games during the 2020 and ’21 seasons and Christmas regular-season games in ’22 and ’23.
